Lewis & Clark College Campus
Wednesday 11 April 2012   —   Category: Outings
I wrote a few days ago that I attended the semiannual Nature Photographers of the Pacific Northwest (NPPNW) meeting — held this time around on the campus of Lewis & Clark College, just up the I-5 in Portland. The main speaker for the event was professional photographer George Lepp.

During lunch they encouraged us to explore the beautiful campus. So I pocketed my fairly-new Canon S100 camera, and went to see what I could see. There were lots of interesting shapes and textures on this bright, sunny day — unusual weather for Oregon in April.

Unfortunately, I did not have much time, so I was able to visit only a small portion of the campus. But I made the most of the lunch break and found a number of worthwhile shots. I've created the Portland Lewis & Clark 2012 photo album to show the 11 resulting pictures.
