McMenamins Grand Lodge Artwork
Monday 24 April 2017   —   Category: Outings
Welcome to the last article of a six-part series. If you missed them, you might want to check out the first five articles, and three photos albums, before continuing here: In my last article I introduced you to the unusual artwork painted on pipes in the McMenamins Grand Lodge, in the western Portland metro suburb of Forest Grove. But that is definitely not the end of the story when it comes to art at the Grand Lodge.

The talented McMenamins artists have spent innumerable hours creating a vast array of art all over the four stories of the Grand Lodge and elsewhere on the property.

While I was visiting there during the grand opening celebration of 22 new attic hotel rooms on February 11, 2017, I took a bit of time to wander the halls and grounds to photograph just a small portion of this artistic abundance.

I took a total of 18 pictures, which represents just a fraction of the artwork there is to see. Almost all of the photos were good enough to make it into the new McMenamins Grand Lodge Artwork 2017 album.

For my complete collection of pictures of McMenamins art, see the conglomerate McMenamins Artwork (All Years) super-album.

Well, this is the end of my six-article series about the Grand Lodge. There is so much more to discover and experience in the McMenamins Pacific Northwest brewpub empire while on my McMenamins Passport adventure. Onward and upward!
