McMenamins Grand Lodge Pipe Art
Sunday 23 April 2017   —   Category: Outings
Welcome to part five of a six-article series. If you missed them, you might want to check out the first four articles, and two photos albums, before continuing here: The McMenamins Grand Lodge, in the western Portland metro suburb of Forest Grove, boasts a amazing collection of fascinating, whimsical, bizarre and entertaining artwork painted by the talented McMenamins artists directly onto dozens and dozens of pipes scattered throughout the main building.

While I was visiting the Grand Lodge during the grand opening celebration of 22 new attic hotel rooms on February 11, 2017, I took some time to wander the halls of the building’s four stories, in search of this unique pipe art.

I took a total of 43 pictures, which is definitely much less than the actual number of pipe paintings. The best 29 shots are presented for your enjoyment in the new McMenamins Grand Lodge Pipe Art 2017 album.

Next time, in the final installment of this six-article series, we will take a look at the other, non-pipe artwork which graces the Grand Lodge property.
