Neighborhood Spring Beauty
Saturday 1 June 2013   —   Category: Shooting
I looked on my pocket camera’s SD card today, and found a couple of shots I had forgotten about from the end of April and the beginning of May. So, for my 250th blog entry, I now get to share them with you!

The first one is of some tulips in a yard just around the corner from my house. The flowers almost don’t look real, but as if they have been cut out and pasted on the backround!

The butterfly shot was taken in the nature area which surrounds my neighborhood. The wingèd creature was kind of far away, with swampy water between, so I couldn’t get very close. This photo is nearly — but not quite — a 100% crop of the original.
