Oregon City 2017 — photo 74 of 117: The upper level of the 130-foot Oregon City Municipal Elevator located in downtown Oregon City, on the Willamette River at Willamette Falls, at the southern end of the Portland metro area — the only outdoor municipal elevator in the U.S. and one of only four in the world. On the right is a small section of the McLoughlin Promenade. In the left background you can see part of the Abernethy Bridge which carries I-205 across the Willamette. May 2017.
