Gourmet Chef Wannabe 2018 — photo 28 of 34: Inspired by an Instagram post by PDXFoodLove of a pineapple boat from Trap Kitchen PDX, I decided to give it a try. I filled a pineapple half with stir-fried beef teriyaki, my homemade fermented kimchi (cabbage, carrot, onion, radish, garlic, green onion), and jasmine rice, then sprinkled my homemade Korean gochujang hot sauce over the whole thing. Our regular Asian food in a unique presentation with a huge wow factor. April 2018. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Olympus 12-100mm f/4.0 zoom lens.
