Oregon Coast North 2017 — photo 4 of 60: A 9-photo panorama featuring the famous wreck of the Peter Iredale — one of the many victims of the Graveyard of the Pacific — which is still visible after 110 years. As seen looking north on Clatsop Spit, part of Fort Stevens State Park on Oregon’s North Coast. Stretching out from the wreck all the way to the left edge of the image is the Columbia River South Jetty. The cliffs and hills behind the jetty are all part of Cape Disappointment on the Washington side of the river. If you look closely you can see the white Cape Disappointment Lighthouse. January 2017. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Panasonic Lumix 35-100mm f/2.8 zoom lens. Scroll to the right to see the rest of this panoramic photo.
