Silverton Dining 2017 — photo 1 of 10: A pint of Kell’s Irish Red — from Portland’s Kells Brewery — which I had with a meal at The Gallon House in Silverton, Oregon. According to the brewer:
“A traditional Irish Red Ale, with notes of caramel, toffee and toasted malt.” Measurements: 4.5% ABV • 23 IBU
My notes from that day read: “Pretty good, not overpowering.” March 2017. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Panasonic Lumix 12-35mm f/2.8 zoom lens.
