Gourmet Chef Wannabe 2017 — photo 51 of 80: Ragoût d’Agneau (Lamb Stew) made with Australian lamb loin chops from Costco, cremini mushrooms, baby carrots, cauliflower florets, and other ingredients. It was served over couscous with a side of sautéed carrots. A really nice meal! July 2017. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Panasonic Lumix 12-35mm f/2.8 zoom lens.
