Gourmet Chef Wannabe 2017 — photo 10 of 80: A bowl of Irish Potato Cheese Beer Soup (download recipe PDF), made with Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese (among other ingredients), and topped with croutons, a crumbled slice of fried bacon, and a sprinkling of dried parsley. I forgot to add a sprinkling of fresh-ground black pepper before I took the picture. I made this soup for the first time in January 2016. It is quite easy to make, and tastes truly scrumptious! May 2017. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Panasonic Lumix 12-35mm f/2.8 zoom lens.
