Gourmet Chef Wannabe 2017 — photo 32 of 80: After enjoying yummy Korean tacos with some sort of green chili sauce at the McMenamins North Bank restaurant, I wanted to make similar tacos at home. On top of a corn tortilla I piled homemade coleslaw (with pears), pulled pork soaked overnight in Korean BBQ marinade, paprika Mexican crema fresca, and my homemade jalapeño salsa. December 2017. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Olympus 12-100mm f/4.0 zoom lens.
