Gourmet Chef Wannabe 2017 — photo 23 of 80: After having a Baby Back Rib Burger at Carl’s Jr, I tried making the same thing at home. My version featured a ground beef patty and two strips of boneless country-style pork ribs, both barbecued, Trader Joe’s Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce, French’s Crispy Fried Onions, and dill pickle chips, all stacked between two halves of a Seattle Sourdough brioche-style bun. This photo has had some processing, but not yet the full glamour treatment (see next photo). June 2017.
