McMenamins Beer (All Years) — photo 139 of 140: A pint of World Wide Wheat which I sipped at the McMenamins Six Arms Pub in downtown Seattle, Washington. According to the brewer:
“WWW is an American Wheat beer with a focus on balance. It balances 2-Row with wheat, and a small dose of hops to keep it intriguing. It’s sessionable and thirst quenching. The hops used are American varieties and provide subtle, refreshing grapefruit and citrus flavors and aroma, all without any bitterness.” Measurements: 4.8% ABV • 22 IBU
My notes from that day read: “It’s not bad ... fairly good, even though it has more of a citrus taste than most wheat beers. But I definitely like Widmer Brothers Hefe better.” 2 August 2017. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Olympus 12-100mm f/4.0 zoom lens.
