Portland Pearl District 2016 — photo 1 of 36: Window washers dangle from the brand-new, 28-floor, 340-foot Cosmopolitan on the Park condominiums between NW Northrup & Overton Streets and NW 10th & 11th Avenues. It is now the tallest building in the Pearl District, and both the 8th-tallest building and the tallest residential tower in Portland, Oregon. This photo was taken in May 2016, near the corner of 10th and Northrup, next to Tanner Springs Park. To see this building during construction, follow the links to pictures I took in March 2015 and October 2015. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Panasonic Lumix 12-35mm f/2.8 zoom lens.
