Black and White 2016 — photo 124 of 134: The historic (built 1907) Simon Building, built by one-time Portland mayor Joseph Simon, on the corner of NW Glisan Street and NW 13th Avenue in the Pearl District of downtown Portland, Oregon. The lettering on the façade dates from the 1920s when the Dohrmann Commercial Company occupied the building. Later it became known as the McCoy Door Building, and in the 1990s, the “Pearl Building.” In 2012 KEEN Footwear purchased the building to serve as their company headquarters and one of their two retail stores. May 2016. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Panasonic Lumix 12-35mm f/2.8 zoom lens.
