Gourmet Chef Wannabe 2016 — photo 99 of 112: Building my first homemade Greek gyro wrap: on a sheet of parchment paper I placed a piece of Trader Joe’s lavash cut diagonally into a triangle. I top of that I spread some homemade tzatziki sauce (download recipe PDF), and then put a modest portion of diced steak which had been stir-fried in a cast-iron skillet and spiced with Weber Steak 'n' Chop seasoning. Next, I added the rest of the ingredients: lettuce, red onion, cucumber and tomato, topped with Israeli Pastures of Eden sheep’s milk feta cheese. June 2016. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Panasonic Lumix 12-35mm f/2.8 zoom lens.
