Gourmet Chef Wannabe 2016 — photo 70 of 112: Parmesan-Crusted Zucchini, inspired by a similar dish I had at Olive Garden. Quarter-inch slices of zucchini were topped with some herbs (I’m not positive, but I think I used Trader Joe’s Herbes de Provence), parmesan cheese, and panko bread crumbs (so that the final product would have a bit of crunch). I served them with beef stroganoff over extra wide egg noodles. May 2016. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Panasonic Lumix 12-35mm f/2.8 zoom lens.
