Gourmet Chef Wannabe 2016 — photo 66 of 156: This five-photo sequence presents the steps I took to make Parmesan-Crusted Zucchini, inspired by a similar dish I had at Olive Garden.
  1. The first image shows quarter-inch slices of zucchini laid out on my favorite baking sheet, which was covered with two silicone baking mats.
  2. Next I sprinkled some herbs over the zucchini. I’m not positive, but I think I used Trader Joe’s Herbes de Provence.
  3. After that was a layer of parmesan cheese.
  4. Last, I added a sprinkling of panko bread crumbs so that the final product would have a bit of crunch.
  5. Here’s how they looked after baking. May 2016.
Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Panasonic Lumix 12-35mm f/2.8 zoom lens. If the sequence of images is not cycling through, make sure you have Javascript enabled in your browser.
