Oregon Pub Crawl 2016 — photo 1 of 121: An award-winning, refreshing Hopworks Urban Brewery Organic Lager Northwest Pilsner, which went well with the goat-cheese lamb burger and fries I had at The Observatory, in the Montavilla neighborhood of eastern Portland, Oregon, in March 2016. According to the brewer:
“Our Northwest-style pilsner is all malt all the time. Spicy and herbal notes from organic Perle hops balance the delicate honey flavor from organic two-row malt and light caramel malt. This golden lager is dry and refreshing with surprising depth of character. All malt American craft lager • delicate honey malt body • classic herbal hop notes • clean, dry finish.” Measurements: 5.1% ABV • 32 IBU
Camera used: Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS50.
