Bread, Pizza & Pretzels 2016 — photo 23 of 32: The sauce I created for my homemade artisan white pizza. I started off with my normal alfredo sauce recipe (download the PDF) except that I skipped the salt, and then pressed three large cloves of garlic into the sauce. Next, I added half a teaspoon of each of these dried herbs: parsley, thyme, basil, oregano, summer savory, marjoram and rosemary. May 2016. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Panasonic Lumix 12-35mm f/2.8 zoom lens.
