Portland NW 21st & 23rd Ave 2015 — photo 1 of 43: After months of trying to follow the bread recipes of Portland master baker Ken Forkish in his cookbook Flour Water Salt Yeast: The Fundamentals of Artisan Bread and Pizza, I finally visited his bakery at 338 NW 21st Avenue in the Northwest District. Because it is also a café, I had breakfast there, and then bought some bread later in the day. November 2015. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Panasonic Lumix 12-35mm f/2.8 zoom lens.
