Homemade Pretzels 2015 — photo 2 of 53: Some of the pretzel dough I rolled out to 24 inches, others to 30 inches, as I was following the Traditional Soft Pretzel recipe by Andrea Slonecker from her book Pretzel Making at Home. Next time, I think 36 inches might be better, because the pretzels were a bit pudgy in the end. The dough was so wonderfully stretchy that I think it would be attainable. August 2015. Camera used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 with Panasonic Lumix 12-35mm f/2.8 zoom lens.
