When visiting my parents in Santa Maria, California, around Christmas time, we went to Solvang our first day there. I was amazed to find busload after busload of Asian tourists, all busily snapping photos all over town! Once the crowds cleared a bit, we had a great European meal at the Viking Garden restaurant. The first twelve photos were taken at Santa Inés Mission, right on the edge of town. The next 19 pictures are samples of the interesting architecture around Solvang that caught my eye. The last 5 photos were taken at Nojoqui (Nah'-hoe-wee) Falls, about 5 miles south of Solvang.
