My third annual Gourmet Chef Wannabe album has gotten off to a very slow start this year. This is because as of today, May 1st 2017, I am a full year
behind in processing my cooking photos from last
year, 2016. Tragic but true!
A secondary reason is that so far I’m taking less photos in my kitchen this year. I am hesitant to add to the horrible backlog. Also, I have not been trying very many new recipes this year. Rather, I have been enjoying the recipes I discovered and / or invented last year.
However, I do miss experimenting with new ingredients, tastes and techniques in the kitchen. So I hope get more intentional in the near future. But for now this album is starting off with a measly 8 photos taken when I was making frittata with shredded potato crust
in April. I’m definitely going to be adding a lot more pictures ... it’s just going to take time.
To feast your eyes on additional photos from my kitchen, be sure to check out these albums from past years:
The entire collection from this and previous years can be found all together in the conglomerate Gourmet Chef Wannabe (All Years)
