One weekend I went over to the coast, and then down to Bandon (in Oregon, of course!), where I spent a couple of nights. It was incredibly gorgeous there. Shortly after I arrived in the late afternoon, the most astonishing sunset unfolded before my very eyes! Everywhere I turned, there was another amazing view! This was definitely a case of being in the right place at the right time. The next day, evening, and morning after that I got some more wonderful shots.

Also included are a few photos of the historic (built 1894) Heceta Head Lighthouse, said to be the most photographed lighthouse in the United States. In all, I took about 475 pictures, so if you want to see them ... don't worry, I narrowed it down to 59 of the best.
